Program Manager, Integrations Operations

- reputed company and coordinate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Public Relations/Communications, Public Policy, Legal, reputed company, and others to problem solve and reputed company solutions in support of product launches
- reputed company/design processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness and ensure essential KPIs/service goals are met
- reputed company and analyze key operational metrics to understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to reputed company optimization efforts

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 10+ years of experience in operations in domains such as online operations, informational systems, compliance, risk management, policy, legal operations, or management consulting
- Experience working with product teams on new launches
- Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and/or globally
- Experience driving operational changes, partnering with operations, engineering, or other technical teams
- Analytical and problem-solving experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience working in marketing / sales / business development and/or partnerships functions
- Experience with predictive or descriptive analytics and working with machine learning teams
