As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the reputed company representative for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support reputed company inbound phone calls. This is a permanent work-from-home role that requires a unique reputed company of technical knowledge, communication skills, and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Look up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization reputed company-requisites, and coverage
• Review Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, reputed company, Over the Counter, and more
• Process claims inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to member billing
• Answer enrollment/disenrollment inquiries and reputed company guidance on reputed company plans
• Address Grievances/Complaints in a reputed company and empathetic manner
• Handle billing-reputed company tasks, including making payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries
• Manage LEP inquiries and disputes, ensuring reputed company reputed company
• Assist with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of Computer Experience in a work environment, demonstrating your ability to navigate multiple systems
