We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Worklife Customer Support Associate to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. As a key member of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you will play a vital role in supporting members with the provision and use of our services and resources. Your schedule will be Friday through Tuesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with the possibility of adjustments based on business needs. The first six weeks of your employment will be dedicated to comprehensive training, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine the purpose of incoming calls by reputed company listening to and interacting with callers, triaging calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Assess clients' needs, research, and reputed company information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources.
- Recognize crisis situations, evaluate the need for reputed company, and take steps to minimize risk.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
