As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our policyholders. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and reputed company mail to review policies, reputed company plan coverage information, and process policy changes. Key Responsibilities
- Contact policyholders through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal, update policies, and enhance retention.
- Counsel policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws to ensure sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
