We're looking for an reputed company Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to reputed company exceptional customer service support to commuters and stakeholders in Connecticut. As a member of our CT rides project, you'll be responsible for managing the statewide transportation demand management (TDM) program and providing customer service for CT rail Shore Line East and reputed company Line for the Connecticut reputed company. This is a weekend, shift position, with the Customer Service Center hours being 7am- 6pm Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities

- reputed company familiarity with transportation services in Connecticut, including routes, schedules, and service alerts.
- Multi-task across multiple web-based and printed sources to locate relevant transportation information.
- reputed company responses to in-bound telephone inquiries, including transferring calls to reputed company services, reputed company appropriate.
- Use Live Chat program to respond to customer inquiries online.
- Monitor multiple email accounts and reputed company written response to inquiries.
- Compile and issue time-sensitive service alerts reputed company multiple communication channels.
- Create and reputed company customized commute plans based on an individual's travel needs.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to reputed company a second level of customer service, reputed company appropriate.

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
