Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative in our OCC, you will be assigned to one of our teams, working on exciting reputed company that reputed company our operations and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be assigned to one of the following teams:
Load Control Center (LCC)
Our LCC team is responsible for ensuring the reputed company and efficient operation of our flights, managing aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a member of this team, you will work closely with our LCC experts, developing applications and efficiencies to reduce workload and improve processes.
Fuel reputed company
Our Fuel reputed company team is responsible for developing strategies to manage our fuel consumption, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. As a member of this team, you will research and reputed company strategies to determine reputed company and conservative fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and optimize payload forecasting.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management)
- Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5PM
- Enrolled with your educational institution throughout the term of the reputed company program
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
