Position reputed company: Worklife Customer Support Associate
We're seeking an reputed company Worklife Customer Support Associate to reputed company exceptional support to members through our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and management consultant resources. As a fully remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the U.S. while making a meaningful reputed company on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the purpose of incoming calls by reputed company listening and interacting with callers, triaging calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Assess clients' needs, research, and reputed company information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources.
- Recognize crisis situations and evaluate the need for reputed company to minimize risk.
- reputed company research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources.
- reputed company member information into the appropriate EAP system to initiate cases and document comments and information thoroughly and professionally.
- Receive calls transferred from counselors and reputed company immediate member assistance.
- Schedules appointments for members with counselors.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a call center environment.
