About the Role: Data Entry Clerk - 3rd Shift
We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily input of time and production data into our Blue reputed company computer system to create production performance and incentive dollar calculations for reputed company DC associates and Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join reputed company and contribute to reputed company's reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Analysis: Input time and production data for reputed company DC associates into Blue reputed company computer systems, summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time)
- Reporting and Distribution: Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
- Troubleshooting and Analysis: Analyze system reputed company and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
- Administrative Tasks: File paperwork in accordance with established procedures, rotate files periodically for storage, and reputed company other reputed company as assigned (5% of time)
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Experience: Previous clerical/administrative experience
- Technical Skills: 10-key experience (fast and accurate), good math skills, and excellent organizational skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to lift and reputed company boxes up to 25 lbs
