As a Collections and Escalations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer complaints, issues, and inquiries reputed company to leasing vehicles for ridesharing services. You'll serve as a reputed company between blithequark and our drivers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities
* Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and SMS in a reputed company manner
- Identify drivers' needs, clarify information, reputed company answers, and proactively follow up with customers

- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied drivers, offering patient assistance while communicating difficult reputed company and policies in an effective and respectful manner

Qualifications

- High school degree

- Experience with customer interaction management software (CRM tools)
