We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent & KYC Analyst to work in a reputed company shift role (12:00 AM to 09:00 AM, 5 days per week, with occasional weekend and bank holiday shifts) to support our customers in the Japanese time zone. As a Customer Support Agent & KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing reputed company and appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure reputed company reputed company chat, email, or phone support. You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
