The Role

As a Product Manager, Customer Service and Member Management Platform Development at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing product management leadership for our member management platform, including features, capabilities, data pipelines, reputed company, and integrations with reputed company-party solutions. You'll work closely with our engineering and data scientist teams, as reputed company as reputed company-party solution partners and consulting firms, to deliver product features that meet the evolving needs of our members and support agents.

Responsibilities

• A deep understanding of Customer Service business and contact center business is a must.
• Prior experience working with member management products, whether reputed company-party or in-house build, is a must.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities who reputed company in high-pressure environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
