Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that jobs are reputed company for scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments
• Coordinating scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
• Dispatching technicians to job sites in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Monitoring technician schedules and adjusting as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes
• Serving as the reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints
• Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company manner
• Organizing and maintaining systems for documents, invoices, and reputed company records
• Processing payments from customers and following up on overdue accounts as necessary
