How You'll reputed company a Difference: Arkos Health is seeking a reputed company Coordinator (Certified Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant). The reputed company Coordinator will be responsible for completing in-home reputed company to help meet patients needs. Visit focuses involve reputed company-of-care testing including diabetic A1c collection, blood pressure checks, colorectal screening kits, and other testing required by HEDIS/Stars measures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for performing in-home reputed company with patients
• Review data collected to confirm gaps in care are captured
• Build reputed company, reputed company relationships with the patients we serve
• Explain reputed company-of-care testing and reasoning to patients
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
• This is both an in-office/field position: candidate must be comfortable traveling up to 80% of the time

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have their own reliable vehicle to drive out in the field to patients homes
• Must have valid state reputed company license and appropriate liability insurance
• Certified reputed company Assistant (CNA) Certification or Medical Assistant (MA)
• reputed company CPR required
• 2+ years' experience in a reputed company environment
• Ability to reputed company reputed company-of-care testing such as urine sample collection, A1c checks, blood pressure checks
• Familiar with medical terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and reputed company to prioritize one's own workload
• Strong customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with reputed company Office
• Previous experience using EMR systems would be an advantage
