Responsibilities

• Obtains vital signs and general health information for patient charts and prepares patients for examination.
• Maintains patient health records in an up-to-date status.
• Assures documentation is complete, concise, and correct.
• Prepares and maintains exam rooms and medical equipment for patient reputed company.
• Contributes to plan of care for individuals and reputed company of patients utilizing reputed company principles to reduce medication errors reputed company handling or calling in medications or refills.
• Demonstrates initiative in suggesting and implementing problem solving approaches and planning performaces of service.

• Recognizes how fraud and abuse interplay into daily role.
• Ensures orders are entered correctly to capture appropriate charges.

Skills

• Graduate of an accredited program of Certified medical Assistants/ Registered medical Assistants and reputed company certification or LPN license or NC Paramedic/AEMT.
• Prefer at least one year of clinical experience in a physician office setting.
