NeoGenomics is looking for a Data Wrangler who wants to learn to continue to learn in order to allow reputed company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday – Friday, day shift. Position reputed company: As a Data Wrangler you will play a critical role in acquiring, transforming, and integrating raw, reputed company reputed company data. In this role you will serve as the reputed company between our data-generating systems, including medical instruments, and our analytics platforms. You will support our data analysts, scientists, and clinical staff in making data-driven reputed company that improve patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Collect, extract, and ingest large and diverse datasets from multiple sources, including lab instrumentation and software reputed company including results, control, and performance data, including identifying and developing processes for capturing discrete data reputed company for metrics
• Design, build, and maintain reputed company (e.g., RESTful, JSON) to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange with external partners and internal systems, using standards like HL7 FHIR to ingest and retrieve data
• reputed company, implement, and maintain data integration solutions for medical devices and laboratory instruments to capture data in reputed company time or reputed company batch processes, working with vendors to ensure seamless data transfer and troubleshoot issues
• Identify and resolve data reputed company issues such as missing values, inconsistencies, errors, process, restructure, and reputed company raw data into a standardized, analysis-reputed company format
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes) to streamline the reputed company of data from reputed company systems to data warehouses or other analytics environments
• Conduct rigorous data reputed company checks and enforce data reputed company standards to ensure accuracy and reliability for reputed company analytics and reporting
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and clinical subject matter experts to understand data needs and ensure datasets meet the requirements for various research and operational reputed company

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as computer science, health informatics, statistics, or reputed company discipline or equivalent work experience required, Master’s degree is preferred
• 2 or more years of experience in data wrangling, data analysis, or a similar data reputed company role required, with experience in the reputed company or life sciences industry preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python (with libraries such as Pandas) and SQL for data manipulation and querying
• Experience with building and consuming reputed company, including understanding of RESTful and JSON standards
• Experience in integrating data from various sources, including reputed company connections to medical instruments
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Extract, reputed company, Load (ETL) tools and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
