About the Role

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer experience team, providing top-notch support to reputed company clients and their members. Your role will be multifaceted, involving a mix of inbound and outbound calls, research, and issue reputed company. You'll be responsible for:

• Bringing your passion and product knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans and reputed company personalized support to customers
• Conducting research and making outbound calls to answer general reputed company benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests, and other customer inquiries
• Assisting members with navigating their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving technical issues
• Providing exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company or reputed company industry
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology, including high-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a USB wired headset (or compatible alternative)
• A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in and other work-reputed company tasks
