About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Miami, FL, as part of our hybrid remote work model. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficient in reputed company Word and Outlook, with general working knowledge of computer keyboarding and internet navigation skills.
