Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to reputed company tasks and duties.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Participate in ongoing training and reputed company improvement initiatives to ensure delivery of high-reputed company service.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have prior call center experience, with a strong background in customer service.

• Pass a State Policy Exam with a score of 80% or higher.
