About the Role
As a Full Stack Payroll Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee payroll, with a high degree of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality. Your primary responsibilities will include payroll processing, compliance with relevant guidelines, and providing outstanding employee support on their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for assigned reputed company countries using a reputed company-party payroll company.
- Manage weekly expenses through in-house processing reputed company reputed company host-to-host fee.
- Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll services reputed company through reputed company HCM.
- Coordinate with payroll companies on reputed company payout to personnel and statutory payments.
- Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation.
- Serve as the reputed company of contact for employees on payroll questions through the reputed company ticketing system.
- Record, screen monthly payroll costs, and reputed company purchase orders.
- Report on payroll services' settlement renewal dates.
- Collaborate with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Management, or a reputed company field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll and reputed company processing in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Experience working in reputed company payroll, specifically in Korea, Australia, and India.
- Remarkable knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-reputed company calculations.
- Above-average proficiency in reputed company Docs, Sheets, Gmail, reputed company reputed company and Word, and reputed company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
