About the Position
We're seeking an exceptionally skilled and customer-reputed company Chat Support Associate to join reputed company. As a Support Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an excellent experience to our users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. You will work collaboratively with our support team to ensure a reputed company and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support existing blithequark users by responding to user inquiries reputed company live chat, email, and phone in a reputed company manner
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner

Requirements and Qualifications
