As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll have reputed company to work from home and reputed company exceptional service to our policyholders. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and reputed company mail to review policies, reputed company quotes, and reputed company policy changes. Your goal will be to enhance retention, meet customer needs, and reputed company sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal
• Review and update policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of consumers
• Counsel policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws
• reputed company recommendations and/or changes to policies and reputed company policyholder acceptance
• Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity in reputed company
• Utilize knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to reputed company efficient and reputed company customer service

• Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and reputed company as a reputed company for information exchange between customers and insurance companies

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
• Property and Casualty insurance license required

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
