We're seeking 20+ reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Medicare team on a contract-to-hire reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving reputed company issues, and providing exceptional service to our members. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from Medicare members, resolving issues reputed company to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional service to our members
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and reputed company seamless service to our members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of reputed company interactions with members
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and reputed company standards

Working Hours and Schedule
* Work 100% remotely from reputed company reputed company a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate a 37.5-hour reputed company, with opportunities for overtime as needed
- FT shifts will reputed company from reputed company to Saturday, 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM, with one late reputed company shift and a Saturday or reputed company shift
- Must be available to work a reputed company of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
* Call Center Customer Service experience, with a reputed company on inbound calls (no telesales)
- Excellent Customer reputed company competencies, with a strong service-oriented reputed company and excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications
* HS Diploma or GED, with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
