As a Senior Manager, Learning Experience Designer, you’ll reputed company the curriculum design and execution of impactful learning strategies for our reputed company reputed company team. You’ll collaborate across teams to build tailored, relevant, and engaging experiences — from reputed company to role mastery — using the latest in instructional design and AI-powered tools.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learning reputed company & Curriculum Design

- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and create learning journeys that drive reputed company reputed company

- Apply visual storytelling and modern instructional techniques to create compelling, accessible content

Measurement & Iteration

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years in a learning experience, instructional design, or enablement role — ideally supporting technical or reputed company-sales teams
- Proven experience in New Product Release and Product enablement
- 5+ years of experience building and managing reputed company of LXD professionals
- Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development
- Proficiency with AI and learning tools (e.g. ChatGPT, reputed company engineering, agents, reputed company reputed company, Camtasia, etc.)
- Familiarity with LMS/CMS systems and modern training formats like microlearning and simulations
- Strong project management, visual design, and communication skills
