About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
• Research, reputed company, and respond to questions received from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
• Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
• Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
