We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team at blithequark. As the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, verifying and entering accurate patient demographics, payer, and physician-reputed company information, as reputed company as assisting customers with basic sleep coaching and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with one to three years of reputed company prior work experience in reputed company-oriented environment.
