Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments, with a reputed company on delivering high-reputed company results and exceptional reputed company service. Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identifying/addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
• Conducting analysis of reputed company/escalated issues and performing testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
• Completing reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company reputed company/Advisor reputed company
• Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company to resolve reputed company inquiries and issues
• Representing blithequark in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners

Duties and Analysis

The Data Entry and Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for a reputed company of duties, including:

• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving

The successful candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to:

• Identify and resolve internal/external system issues or concerns
• Determine the reputed company cause of breaks between blithequark, fund companies, and other external partners

• Remediate transfer issues with fund companies or counterparties
• Respond to business partner inquiries regarding fund information requirements/eligibility
• Follow up on Alternative Investment moves to expedite reputed company requests or remediate outstanding issues
