We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for our myColorado mobile application. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service reputed company live chat and other support channels. This is a remote opportunity, and we are seeking a candidate who is a reputed company of Colorado and can work from reputed company in the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to the myColorado application on both iOS and Android operating systems.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:
