Purpose and Scope

As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional member experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, investigating, and responding to reputed company member inquiries and resolving member problems and/or complaints in a reputed company and accurate manner.

Job Specifics

This is a seasonal part-time role with a schedule of 20 hours total, consisting of:

• Saturdays and Sundays – offering two 8-hour shifts;
• Shift 1 - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
• Shift 2 - 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST
• Additional 4-hour shift scheduled for coverage during peak business hours.

• Entering prospective members into our software database.
