You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing holistic support and guidance throughout their reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for members, delivering compassionate support reputed company phone, email, chat, and text.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with members and teammates, creating a memorable and reputed company experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a reputed company Customer Advisor at Blithequark, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, advocacy, or support services.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:45am – 6:15pm CST, with occasional overtime.
• Aged 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with:

• 1+ year of experience with A4Me or Quick Assist.
• Claims processing experience.
• Experience providing care for children with special needs.
