Responsibilities
- reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the grant, vesting, and expiration of Performance reputed company reputed company (PSUs), Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, reputed company, and respond to questions received from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a similar field preferred
- Experience working with a reputed company of stock plan products, including stock reputed company, Performance reputed company reputed company, Restricted Stock reputed company, and stock purchase plans is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
