Position reputed company

As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting and delighting our end-users - physicians, nurses, and system administrators. You'll work in a remote environment, providing exceptional customer service and technical support across various shifts, including reputed company shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field incoming reputed company communications reputed company phone, chat, and our online customer portal
- Help end-users administer their blithequark applications
- Train end-users on how best to use blithequark's phone, mobile, and web applications
- Own basic-to-advanced troubleshooting efforts reputed company to message delivery and/or message content issues; identify reputed company cause(s) and reputed company the appropriate configuration changes to resolve the issue
- Consult, design, configure, and reputed company custom applications leveraging best practices to meet workflow needs of blithequark's end-users
- Build and revise new user accounts based on established standards and best practices
- Work with end-users and hospital IT personnel to troubleshoot mobile and web connectivity issues

Who You Are
As a Tier 1 Support Specialist at blithequark, you should possess the following qualities:
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
