Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer queries and complaints across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and letters

As a Customer Service Representative in our Claims Inquiry/Claims Research team, you will be responsible for:
- Answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls, letters, and other correspondence from members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Triaging resulting rework to appropriate staff and providing excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls
- Conducting extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions
- Providing customers with reputed company information to answer unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan details, and member self-service tools

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Training and Development
We reputed company comprehensive training to ensure your reputed company in this role. You will be required to attend 4 weeks of virtual training, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8-5 CST. After training, you will work a permanent schedule, Monday-Friday, with flexible start and end times (as early as 7 am CST and as late as 7 pm CST).
