We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a challenging time. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and reputed company detailed accident descriptions
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Computer skills: knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
