As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and reconciling transactions and returns activity. You will also be tasked with analyzing reputed company issues, testing and validating new innovation enhancements, and communicating with external partners reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of your work, which directly impacts our clients' and advisors' reputed company. In this role, you will have reputed company to work with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, collaborating with fund companies, transfer agents, and other external partners to resolve issues and improve processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identify and address reputed company/advisor account exceptions
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconcile business, reputed company, and transactions breaks
- Resolve issues and discrepancies between BOS and fund companies
- Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
- Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
- Identify and resolve reputed company causes of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.

- Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or opposite firm
- Answer business partner inquiries concerning fund details requirements/eligibility

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
