Construction Manager, Remote to Local Building Solutions and Engineering Team

As the R2L (Remote to Local) Construction Manager (CM), you will work with broad set of stakeholders including reputed company Estate, Operations, Design, Launch, Startup, Delivery Experience, Legal and Retail to take the fulfillment center design from concept through the hand off to Operations. This position requires a firm understanding of engineering, planning, program management, contract administration and operations. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field.
• 3+ years of Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, reputed company’s project management representative or other reputed company Development and Construction reputed company experience
• Project management experience from design phase through implementation and operation, negotiating construction, procurement and labor reputed company.
• Experience reputed company packaging processing/logistical facilities with reputed company equipment or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of project/program management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• An advanced degree, certification or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Masters of Business.
• Experience operating reputed company at least two disciplines in the construction industry, which could consist of General Contracting, reputed company’s Representation, reputed company Development, Engineering & Design, owners project management representative or similar
• Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards
• Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, reputed company and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls and industrial electronics
