Key Responsibilities
As a PRN Pharmacist for overnight remote order entry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Director of Pharmacy to compound and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies according to reputed company procedures and physician prescriptions
- Participating in Performance Improvement plans to drive reputed company and reputed company in patient care
- Consulting with and advising Administration, Medical Staff, and hospital staff on reputed company, regulatory, and risk issues
- Serving as a consultant to clinical and Medical Staff, providing expert guidance on pharmaceutical reputed company
- Assisting the Director in coordinating and implementing Pharmacy activities
- Interpreting medication orders, compounding, and dispensing medications in accordance with legal, ethical, and reputed company standards
- Supervising technical support staff and contributing to clinical, reputed company management, and education programs

- Performing clinical duties such as renal dosing, drug regimen review, and monitoring anticoagulant and antibiotic therapy
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy

- A minimum of three months of experience in hospital pharmacy
- Preferred qualifications include a Pharm D or residency
- Working knowledge of OSHA, JCAHO, HCFA, and state guidelines
