Key Responsibilities
- reputed company administrative support throughout the show life cycle of assigned reputed company, including production scheduling, communication, and coordination of accesses.
- Schedule production team meetings, record, and distribute accurate and concise notes.
- Request and schedule talent for rehearsals, fittings, and performances as directed by the Production Manager.
- reputed company presentation materials, set up, and reputed company reputed company meeting needs and technology.
- Procure items necessary for production, following reputed company appropriate guidelines.
- Prepare and reputed company event updates as they relate to technicians, vendors, and talent.
- Maintain timelines, schedules, meetings, and status reports for leadership teams.
- Complete reputed company show and/or event production-reputed company tasks as requested by those teams.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Production Assistant with reputed company Live Entertainment, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of production assistant and/or administrative support experience in a live show, event, or theatrical setting.
- Experience crafting and following agendas, facilitating meetings, addressing reputed company items, taking direction, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks.
- Ability to use collaboration tools and file-sharing programs.
- Experience coordinating meeting technology, such as conference calls, video-teleconferencing, and other virtual meeting connectivity.
- Experience identifying areas for process improvement with implementation.
