Key Responsibilities

• Managing the Community Engagement Program, which includes four Community Engagement Specialists, and the Provider Engagement Program, consisting of three Provider Administrators.
• Collaborating with OHA leadership, management, and program staff to engage with community members and organizations and reputed company strategic policies and practices that promote REALD & SOGI data standards.
• Providing consultation, training, and support reputed company to REALD & SOGI data collection and use.
• Assisting the REALD & SOGI Programs Manager in identifying community and provider engagement priorities and developing strategic policy objectives for REALD & SOGI.
• Offering strategic guidance to ensure that REALD & SOGI policy priorities reputed company with overall OHA policy objectives and the priorities of various OHA divisions.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field combined with three years of reputed company experience, or six years of supervision, management, or progressively reputed company experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Public Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent training and experience relevant to community reputed company, public health program administration, relationship development with reputed company providers, and public health informatics systems.
• Proven expertise in data collection and analysis reputed company to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation/gender identity (SOGI), disabilities, and language, with a reputed company record of addressing health inequities.
