As a 988 Chat/Text Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming chat and text inquiries from individuals seeking assistance through the 988 Crisis and Suicide Lifeline. You will utilize de-escalation techniques, safety planning, and strategies to reduce risk during conversations, and deliver empathetic and sensitive support to ensure clients feel reputed company and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Incoming Inquiries: Respond to incoming chat and text inquiries from individuals seeking assistance through the 988 Crisis and Suicide Lifeline.

• Engage with Individuals in Crisis: Engage with individuals in imminent crisis, utilizing de-escalation techniques, safety planning, and strategies to reduce risk during conversations.
