As a Remote Call Center Scheduler, you'll work closely with our Centralized Scheduling Department to support scheduling for an assigned reputed company specialty. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound patient scheduling calls, scheduling patients for procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Scheduling: Answer inbound patient scheduling calls, address patient concerns, and schedule patients for procedures in a reputed company and efficient manner.
• Communication: Communicate with patients to schedule, re-schedule, and/or cancel appointment requests accurately, following reputed company scheduling protocols and tools.
• Data Entry: Accurately collect and reputed company data entry of reputed company required patient demographic and insurance information.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma: Required.

Experience:
