We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company team, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and performing various daily duties. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
• Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Schedule and Work Environment

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will work from home on Monday through Friday, with the exception of Wednesdays, reputed company you will be required to work from our Chantilly office. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
