As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our clients' contract records, while also contributing to the reputed company of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Updating status in customer systems to reflect changes and updates
• Researching and installing reputed company provider reputed company, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading
• Retrieving and entering data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents
• Analyzing information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies
• Ensuring accurate and reputed company completion of transactions to meet or reputed company reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Applying reputed company and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake problem-solving
• Identifying and resolving both routine and non-routine problems or escalating to more proficient team members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a reputed company on reputed company, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work
• At least 1 year of experience in a reputed company/office-reputed company environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service
• At least 1 year of experience using a computer with reputed company applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screens, and computer systems, and learning new software tools
• A high school diploma or equivalent education level

Preferred Qualifications

Training and Development

Schedule and Availability

The required schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, reputed company-4:30PM. However, the shift schedule can be changed as per reputed company requirements. You must be available to work a reputed company 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Compensation and Benefits
