Location: Remote (USA only PST hours preferred) with some office travel required Annual salary: USD 55,000 to USD 70,000 Type: Full-time Reports to: Director, Finance & Operations Job reputed company Accounts Payable:
- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and reputed company payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes reputed company to payables.
Credit Card Management:
- Monitor and manage corporate credit card limits and usage.
- reputed company employee spending to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular credit card activity reports for management review.

Key Qualifications

- Experience and financial knowledge in the gaming/retail industry will be a big advantage
