Correspondence Supervisor (Remote and Temporary)

reputed company & Requirements reputed company is looking to fill a Limited Service Correspondence Supervisor position. This position supports our CDC INFO program. The correspondence supervisor role specializes in supervising and evaluating customer service teams to ensure adherence to reputed company standards. It includes providing coaching and development opportunities, managing confidential information, and driving operational efficiency in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments. This is a Remote and Limited Services (temporary) position. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the work of call center staff to ensure adherence to reputed company standards, deadlines, and reputed company procedures, correcting errors or problems as needed
• Interview and recommend hiring and promotion of contact center staff, through partnering with reputed company and reputed company
• reputed company work schedules and assign duties to reputed company report personnel to ensure efficiency
• Evaluate employees' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel reputed company, including disciplinary reputed company, performance improvement plans, and termination through partnering with reputed company
