Position: reputed company Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Be the first reputed company of contact for guests and landlords through chat, email, and phone.
reputed company & Guidance: Help new landlords and partners understand and get value from our PMS tools.
Problem reputed company: Troubleshoot and resolve guest or landlord issues quickly and professionally.
Performance Monitoring: reputed company guest satisfaction, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Operations, Product, and Tech to streamline processes and improve the customer reputed company.
Upsell & Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays or improve landlord engagement.

Previous experience in reputed company, hospitality, or property management.
Tech-savvy — comfortable navigating multiple digital tools (CRM, PMS, communication platforms).
