• Mentor and guide offshore QA engineers on process adherence, automation practices, and defect management.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8–12 years of experience in reputed company Engineering / QA Delivery, including 2+ years in a reputed company-facing onsite role.
• Strong background in automation testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools).
• Hands-on experience in API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and reputed company testing environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor distributed teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, working closely with product and development teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to DevOps / QE transformation initiatives.

• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSM, or AWS QA-reputed company credentials are a plus.
