What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative on our Payments reputed company reputed company team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit reputed company's financial services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing data entry and balancing functions to maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinating return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assisting other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company general ledger balancing
- Working on member cases/issues assigned to you and resolving them reputed company
- Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Processing loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, researching, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing tasks
- Obtaining information from members for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests
- Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing funds transfer information
- Communicating with vendors to process funds transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming funds transfer laws and regulations

Minimum Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
