About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Incident Manager to reputed company the management of IT production incidents in a 24/7/365 environment. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' AWS reputed company infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a reputed company and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT production incidents to reputed company using reputed company incident management processes and communicate incident status, reputed company, and reputed company actions.
• Utilize hands-on experience to manage and monitor applications deployed on reputed company), troubleshooting and resolving incidents on the AWS reputed company infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS tools, including EC2, ELB, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, reputed company, Route53, reputed company, reputed company, S3, Batch, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and WAF.
