About the Role
This is a full-time remote contract position, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company in the world. As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering high-reputed company support to our clients through various channels, including chat, email, and our Help Center portal. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences and stay up-to-date with industry developments and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their reservations, providing reputed company and effective solutions through chat, email, and the Help Center portal.

Shift Details
This role requires working a reputed company shift schedule, either TUE-SAT or SUN-THU, with hours between 15:30-24:00 CET (+/- one hour to fit your schedule). We're looking for candidates who are available to work this schedule and are comfortable with the time zone requirements.
