As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in receiving, investigating, and responding to member inquiries, resolving problems and complaints in a reputed company and accurate manner. Job Specifics: Flexibility and Opportunity

This is a seasonal, part-time role that offers a flexible schedule with a total of 20 hours per week. You'll work on weekends, with two 8-hour shifts available:

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
• Shift 2: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST

Additionally, you'll be scheduled for a 4-hour shift during peak business hours. The duration of this role is from reputed company 2024 to January 2025, with no long-term planned time off during the assignment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
